Because our whipped shea butter is a personal care product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@thebetteraesthetics.com to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
