Is your shea butter organic?
Yes, our shea butter is made with four certified organic ingredients: unrefined shea butter, jojoba oil, coconut oil, and lavender oil.
What makes your shea butter different?
Every jar is handmade and whipped in small batches to preserve the natural benefits of our ingredients. The result is a light, airy texture that absorbs beautifully into the skin; never greasy or sticky.
Why is the scent in our shea butter subtle instead of strong?
Because skin comes first. We use soft, understated fragrance levels to keep our formula gentle, non-irritating, and suitable for sensitive skin while still offering a pleasant, calming aroma.
Does shea butter have a natural smell?
Yes, pure shea butter naturally has a warm, nutty scent. This is completely normal and a sign of real, unrefined shea. We keep fragrance levels light so the natural aroma can come through without being overpowering.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formula is gentle enough for sensitive, eczema-prone, and melanin-rich skin, and nourishing for everyone. It’s fragrance-free (aside from essential oils) and non-comedogenic, so it won’t clog pores.
Can I use it on my face, body, or hair?
Yes! Our shea butter is a true multi-tasker. Use it as a body moisturizer, facial balm, cuticle conditioner, or even to tame flyaways and nourish hair ends. However, we recommend primarily using for your body.
Does it melt or harden with temperature changes?
Yes, because we don’t use synthetic stabilizers or waxes, the texture may slightly change with temperature (just like real butter!). Store in a cool, dry place and give it a stir if needed. The quality stays the same.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
